RATES FOR All-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE (USD)
All-inclusive: Accommodation and meals for the first 6 guests is USD1,270.00 per night including all taxes. Additional guests 7-10 at $185.00 per person per night, opens additional suite. Children 4-10 years $150.00 per night dining from the kid’s menu and using existing bedding. 5 nights minimum stay with a maximum capacity of 10 guests. The LomaniWai Resort Villa team comes with your own onsite personal host, gourmet chefs, and housemaids to service the villa daily and take care of your laundry requirements. All meals including breakfast, Lunch and 3 course Dinner or Banquet Dinner options and non-alcoholic beverages. Luxury Villa with private swimming pool. Onsite manager to coordinate your holiday. Use of all non motorised water sports equipment. Snorkelling and kayaking at your doorstep in our Marine Reserve.
RATES FOR ACCOMMODATION ONLY (USD)
Accommodation-only: First 6 guests (3 suites) USD850 per night. Additional guests accommodation 7-10 at $115.00 per person per night, opens additional suite. Children under 3 years old stay free. 5 nights minimum stay with a maximum capacity of 10 guests.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 50% Deposit is required at time of booking to secure LomaniWai Resort Villas for your dates, and the balance due 60 days prior to Check-in. We accept payments by bank transfer to our New Zealand or Fijian Bank accounts or by Debit/Credit Cards. Bank charges and transfer fee’s are payable by the guest. Rates are valid from 1st January 2025 to 31 December 2025 inclusive of government taxes and displayed in US Dollars.
Cancellation Policy: LomaniWai takes bookings on a group basis and one booking secures the entire Villa, therefore deposits paid secures the Villa and there are no refunds available.
Check in time: 2.00pm | Check out time: 10.00am | half day rate will apply to early check-in’s and late check-out’s.
Travel Insurance: LomaniWai Resort Villas strongly recommend that guests take comprehensive travel insurance as there are no refunds given for late arrival, premature departure, or otherwise unused days and villa services, including those related to weather, aircraft timetable and any other unforeseen circumstance.
