Airport Transfers

The villa is approximately a 90-minute drive to/from Nadi International Airport.

If you would like us to arrange your transfers, please fill in details below. The Cost of private shuttle (maximum 10 passengers) FJ$240.00. Car (maximum 3 passengers FJ$150.00.

The driver will meet you in the ‘Meet & Greet area at the airport with the villa sign displayed in his hand.

Please pay the driver in Fijian currency.

Please note that check in time is from 2pm and check out by 10am.

Bedding Arrangements

Please advise of the suite layouts. Please highlight or tick which is applicable for you.

House Keeping

House keeping is complimentary and commences from 10am daily. However, if this does not suit you, we can arrange an alternative time. Please advise if an alternative time is required below.

Important Information to Note

• Aqua shoes(Reef shoes): We provide some snorkelling equipment and reef shoes for you to use during your stay subject to available sizes. We strongly recommend you bring your own to use while snorkelling and reef walking in our marine reserve.
• Car seats: If you have children who need to use car seats we ask that you please bring your own. Your airline usually does not charge any additional baggage fees for bringing these. Our transfer company can supply some seats for $15.00 per ride.
• Duty Free Alcohol: Each adult is allowed to purchase 6 bottles of wine or 2 Litres of spirits at the airport duty free. You can purchase cold beer on the way to the villa.
• We also have a Nespresso Machine, however the coffee pods are not readily available in Fiji and we recommend you bring your own.

Babysitting

Our babysitters are available for FJ$8.00 per hour, plus their taxi fare home if you require them after 6pm or before 8am or on a Sunday.

Our Child-Minding Ratio –

• 6 months – 2 years (inclusive) one staff per child
• 3 years – 12 years (inclusive) one staff per two children .

If you would like to pre-book babysitters please advise us below, otherwise you can arrange this with the manager during your stay.

Please note – our staff are not permitted to assess medical conditions and administer medication to children.

Massages Treatments

We have full spa treatment available. If you or anyone in your group wishes to pre-book a spa treatment or massage, please fill in details below.

Massages are FJ$150.00 for an hour, and FJ$200.00 for hour and half. 

All-inclusive Breakfast, Lunches and Dinners

LomaniWai Villa has an all-inclusive meal deal for your vacation. 

Please take the time to look at our menu attached and advise us your choice of arrival dinner, and also breakfast, lunch and dinner for the following day.

The day after you arrive, our chefs will discuss and plan your meals for the remainder of your vacation.

Please advise if anyone in your group has food allergies so we can plan the dietary requirements accordingly.
